Meet Justin

Welcome!!

Greetings and welcome! My name is Justin Sloan.

I'm here to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself. I hail from Lompoc, a blue-collar town on the central coast of California that unfortunately suffered from gang violence.

Though my childhood was filled with outdoor activities and time spent in the city's ghettos, I encountered more than most children should. As a result, I developed a tough exterior and struggled with vices. However, my early experience in hard labor instilled in me a strong work ethic. Despite the lack of positive role models, I made the decision to embark on a hero's journey at age 22, leaving the coastline to live in the vast mountains of Utah.

From a young age, I have been very active, engaging in sports like boxing, skateboarding, and BMX. However, it wasn't until I moved to Utah that I truly understood the importance of healthy eating. Since the age of 23, I have been dedicated to developing my passion and obsession with movement and nutrition.

Over the years, I have participated in water polo and jiu-jitsu competitions, crossfit, bodybuilding, and Spartan races, and completed 50-mile backpacking trips. I have earned certifications in nutrition, Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, and physical therapy. With over 10 years of knowledge and experience, I believe in the philosophy of eating for your genetics and combining all types of movement into intuitive patterns to create the ultimate you.

Started a nutrition plan with Justin to cut weight for a competition. Immediately felt better through out my day rather than the “YouTube diets” I had been following before.

I shed the weight while still keeping my muscle mass quickly. I hit my target weight for my competition and have actually kept the weight off. It has encouraged me to continue cutting!
